Participants will learn evidence-based approaches to diagnose team functioning, design interventions that foster trust, and manage conflict so it becomes productive rather than destructive. Practical exercises, role plays, and real-world cases will enable participants to apply frameworks for motivating individuals and sustaining high-performing, resilient teams

Leading Organizations – Driving Change and Vision

This module focuses on equipping leaders with the skills to guide organizations through transformation while maintaining alignment between leadership practices, organizational culture, and strategic goals.
