Physical Electronics aims to provide students with a foundational understanding of the structure of atoms and the formation of extrinsic semiconductors from pure semiconductors. The course also explores the applications of p-n junctions, equipping students with the knowledge to analyze and apply solid-state electronic and photonic devices in various contexts.
