The purpose of this course is to equip the learner with the knowledge and skills required to start and manage a successful new business venture. It provides a practical understanding of the process of creating and launching a new business. Further, it aims to provide participants with a deep understanding of different sources of venture funding and equip them with the leadership and management skills necessary to launch and grow successful new ventures.
